Clean, shine, care
- Step 1, Clean: ApaCare Toothpaste cleans your teeth every day and helps strengthen and remineralise tooth enamel.
- Step 2, Shine: ApaCare Polish gently helps remove surface stains and leaves smooth tooth surfaces with a natural shine.
- Step 3, Care: ApaCare Repair, used with the mouldable dental tray, gives your teeth an intensive supply of hydroxyapatite and helps support remineralisation overnight if you like.
Hydroxyapatite in all three
All three care products contain hydroxyapatite, the mineral tooth enamel is mostly made of. It supports the natural mineral balance of the teeth, smooths the tooth surfaces and helps maintain the natural protective function of tooth enamel.

Smooth tooth surfaces reflect light more evenly, so teeth look visibly cared for, shinier and naturally brighter, with no bleaching. A good choice for surface stains and for care after a professional dental cleaning or professional whitening.

Directions for use
- Step 1, Clean: brush thoroughly with ApaCare Toothpaste twice a day for at least 2 minutes, using a pea-sized amount. Rinse only lightly, so the hydroxyapatite can keep working.
- Step 2, Shine: use ApaCare Polish once or twice a week instead of your toothpaste.
- Step 3, Care: after brushing, apply ApaCare Repair. For especially intensive enamel care, use it with the dental tray overnight if you like.
Using the dental tray:
Warm the tray in hot water as described in the instructions in the pack, then fit it in your mouth. Add a thin layer of ApaCare Repair to the tray and place it over your upper and lower teeth. Wear it for several minutes, or overnight. After use, rinse the tray thoroughly with water and store it dry.
Children 6 and under (toothpaste):
Use only a pea-sized amount and make sure brushing is supervised to avoid swallowing. If your child is taking additional fluoride, consult your dentist or doctor.
