At ApaCare UK, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM will move to the next dispatch day.

Please note that dispatch times may be affected by weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery Service

Orders are sent using our dedicated shipping partner, Royal Mail.

Tracking is included with our delivery services, allowing you to follow your order once it has been dispatched.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout.

Orders placed before our 4:00 PM cut-off will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the courier and begin from the point of dispatch.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over £20.

Any applicable delivery charges for orders below this amount will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping directly through the ApaCare UK website.

ApaCare works with partners in different regions internationally. Customers outside the UK should contact our team for further information.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the courier.

Although we aim to provide a fast and reliable service, occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier disruption, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
